Students created and decoded a DNA recipe for man's best friend, a dog. Using strips of paper, representing DNA, they will randomly draw one from an envelope. Students read the DNA recipe to create a drawing of their pet. They compared theirs with others in the class to note similarities and differences.

Scrambled Bones-Students are to unscramble letters to name the bones of the body and then label a skeleton with those bones.

Several students where able to observe Mr. Miller and Mr. Cochrane as they dissected of a pig's heart. These students worked through a lab sheet as the dissection was being demonstrated. Students not attending the Lab were given an alternative assignment on the heart and its' circulation.

Move the specimen to the platform of the Interactive Microscope. Draw, color, and label the specimen. One in each box. Two will need to put on the back of the paper.
